LEAD provides young adults (college students, recent college graduates and those in the early stages of developing their profession) across the entire San Francisco Bay Area a source that introduces and informs them about local resources, including, events for professionals from a number of industries, upcoming leaders and entrepreneurs in the Bay Area, other nonprofit organizations, and opportunities to expand and diversify their peer network.

LEAD believes today’s young adults will shape tomorrow’s world and are the driving force in making our community a better place for all individuals. We unite community organizations, corporations, and leaders from all sectors to provide young adults an environment that assists them to develop their professional potential and their ability to give back to the community, especially those in need.
